Admin Intern - SAP Team

What You Will Do

• SAP Authorization service request and report: Authorization request fulfillment for HcP user, support create training document, define authorization tracking report, support LAC on governance activities. 
• Support SAP Incident/ Problem Management: Record I/P on Redmine, following SAP consultant on I/P closing, provide I/P operational reports, standardize I/P management process. 
• Standardize SAP KPI / roadmap management process. 
• Other task assignment from supervisor.

Required Skills and Abilities

• 3rd or 4th year students major in English, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Business Information System or any related. 
• Good English communication & writing skill. 
• Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
• Well-organizing, Integrity, Responsibility, Discipline. 
• No technical skills required. Training is provided for all assigned tasks.
