Internship - Employer Branding Intern - Journalism

What You Will Do 
 
Employer Branding:

  • Assist country’s PIC for Personnel Marketing/Talent Relationship Management primarily with communication and design tasks for various internal & external audiences to maintain Bosch’s reputation as Employer of Choice. 
  • Collaborate with HR locations, corporate communication teams & external partners on project planning and execution. 
  • Upkeep templates, case studies, and creative documents in accordance with corporate branding guide in department database.

Employee Engagement:

  • Contribute ideas, organize employee engagement projects, and perform pre- + post-project evaluations and reports. 
  • Assist with project logistics & onsite event management. 
  • Proactively handle & troubleshoot any issues arising on event day.

Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Entitled as full-time student during 6-month internship period, 3rd/4th year student with major in Marketing, Communications, Journalism. 
  • No working experience required, although students with dynamic experience in school/social activities are preferred. 
  • Eloquent in English and Vietnamese. 
  • Ability to use Canva, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effect (or alternative movie maker app). 
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) or other presentation software. 
  • Good content writing skills. 
  • Good team working spirit, Future-focused, Result-oriented, Can-do attitude, willing to learn & develop. 
  • Regular working time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
