Fresh Speed Up 2024 -Strive for Excellence - Make A Difference! 
 
B. Braun Vietnam (BBVN) Fresh Speed Up is a professional training and on-the-job development program for final year student or fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience.  
 
This program develops young and willing-to-learn talents into the next generation of BBVN employees. 
 
This program takes place annually to create a variety of learning and developing opportunities within BBVN organization from Production to back-offices departments. 
 
Successful candidates will join a development stint with a professional career and coaching plan within the chosen department.
 
There will be an assessment with department heads and HR to assess the performance and confirm you to become permanent employee of BBVN."

Program Timeline:

• 06/05/2024 - 15/06/2024: Application window. 
• 05/2024 - 06/2024: HR interview. 
• 05/2024 - 06/2024: Case-study and Department interview. 
• 06/2024 - 07/2024: Onboarding.

Required Skills and Abilities

Professional Competencies:

• Final year student or fresh graduated less than one year of working experience. 
• GPA minimum 6.5 or equivalent. 
• Good command of English. 

Personal Competencies

• Self-motivated and proactive. 
• Willing to make changes. 
• Good interpersonal skills.
