Procurement Intern

What You Will Do

• Support checking the accuracy of procurement contracts according to Company policy. 
• Collect influencer contact info, quotation per latest date checking, and the status of job confirmation. 
• Consolidate vendors' quotations per campaign brief and perform comparison. 
• Vendors assessment/ranking: to track how many ratecards are received from vendors and give an overall evaluation of their performance. 
• New vendor sourcing: keep track of vendor info, credentials, rate card. 
• Support to ensure the procurement of services/products is correct in quantity and quality according to departments’ requirements. 
• Ensuring the procurement terms and conditions agreed with vendors (delivery terms, payment terms, etc.). 
• Supporting cooperate with the Finance department for effective payment progress. 
• Other tasks as directed by the Procurement Manager.

Required Skills and Abilities

• A recognized university degree.  
• Proficiency in Vietnamese & English. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Good at Microsoft Word, Excel is a must.  
• Highly motivated with a desire to learn. 
• Attention to detail, the ability to multitask. 
• Be able to commit to work full time for at least 3 months.
