HCM - HR Analyst Intern - Data Science

What You Will Do

• Support to prepare reports of data results and build up a dashboard from a variety of sources: SQL in Data Studio, Google Sheets, or Database. 
• Collecting data on payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, employment records, and exit interviews.
• Implementing relevant HR metrics to determine the efficiency and impact of the workforce.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Computer Science, Data, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. 
• Interested in the Human Resources field. 
• Strong Excel skills and a passion for data organization and process improvement. 
• Able to work in a collaborative, team-based environment. 
• Positive attitude and being able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
