HCM - Business Assistant Intern - Administration

What You Will Do

  • Manage and execute office utilities. 
  • Follow and pay for office utilities and incurrence expense. 
  • Report, analyze and control monthly expenses. 
  • Support in planning and executing office fixing processes. 
  • Market research, look for and cooperate with service outsource agencies.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Students preferably studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or related fields. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. basic design apps (Photoshop, Canva). 
  • Basic English (Priority to reading comprehension skills). 
  • Good communication skills, eager to learn and responsible for the work. 
  • Be able to take at least a 3-month internship course.
