What You Will Do

• Assist in conducting research and implementing strategies to maximize employer brand. 
• Assist in planning and operating activities for recruitment in term of lead generation and contact crawling (career fair). 
• Assist in event coordination and on-ground support at offices events and external events. 
• Work with other teams to utilize social media platforms to drive talent acquisitions. 
• Assist other tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Third or final-year student in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields. 
• Spending at least 20 working hours/week. 
• Using a personal laptop. 
• Passionate about HR and interested in high-technology trends. 
• Proactive and willing to develop in a start-up environment.
