What You Will Do
- Assist in conducting research and implementing strategies to maximize employer brand.
- Assist in planning and operating activities for recruitment in term of lead generation and contact crawling (career fair).
- Assist in event coordination and on-ground support at offices events and external events.
- Work with other teams to utilize social media platforms to drive talent acquisitions.
- Assist other tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Third or final-year student in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
- Spending at least 20 working hours/week.
- Using a personal laptop.
- Passionate about HR and interested in high-technology trends.
- Proactive and willing to develop in a start-up environment.
