Internship Program 2024 - Trade Sales Intern

The Programme

Abbott is looking for Trades Sales Interns for GT, MT & Ecommerce team

Summary:

• High frequency of interaction: daily work with Sales Filed Operation, Sales Force Automation, Sales Force Effectiveness, Logistics, CS, Trade Marketing (CMM). 
• Working location: Flemington Tower, 182-184 Le Dai Hanh, Ward 15, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate smooth and effective implementation of Brand Promotion plan. 
• Collaborate Sales team to launch & execute Visibility programs. 
• Coordinate with Marketing team to execute campaign Activation. 
• Submit weekly/monthly tracking reports with analysis. 
• Review activities with Sales team to evaluate effectiveness and solutions. 
• Ensure the admin tasks for PR, PO, delivery schedule.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Good in writing and formulation. 
• Commercial sense. 
• Good Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 
• Communication skill (ENG-VIE). 
• Data analysis.

Minimum Education Required:

• Fresh Graduate students (be able to work full-time, or only 1-2 shifts off per week within 6 months from Apr to Oct 2024).
