Internship Program 2024 - Talent Acquisition Intern

The Programme

Abbott is looking for a TA Intern with the information below.

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Organizing and participating in recruitment events to enhance Abbott’s brand through job fairs, career days, university relation activities, school visits. 
• Screening CVs and maintaining application files of external applicants, Scheduling and conducting interviews with candidates. 
• Supports logistics and administration of Talent Acquisition activities.

Required Skills and Abilities

• High proficiency in English. 
• Good communication skills. 
• Good understanding of recruitment process. 
• Basic design skill. 
• MS Office.

Core Trait/Behavior Requirement:

• Learning agility. 
• Passionate in Talent Acquisition is a plus. 
• Integrity. 
• Time management/ Planning.

Minimum Education Required:

• Fresh Graduate students (be able to work full-time, or only 1-2 shifts off per week within 6 months from Apr to Oct 2024). 
• Open to all majors.
