Internship Program 2024 - Regulatory Affairs Intern

The Programme

Abbott is hiring Regulatory Affairs Interns with the general job scope as below. 
 
Role:

• Prepare & submit registration dossier as RA mentor’s guidance. 
• Update & perform impact assessment of new regulations.

Core responsibilities:

• Get product registration plan and other assigned tasks directly from mentor.  
• Refer to reliable documents from official sources to find out clinical, pharmacology, pharmacokinetic characteristics… of active ingredient and product. 
• Prepare new/ renew domestic/ export drug registration dossiers according to current technique and regulation. 
• Prepare & submit advertisement registration dossiers.  
• Prepare variation/ supplementary domestic/ export registration dossiers as requested.  
• Translate documents from Vietnamese into English and opposite way as requested.  
• Update & perform impact assessment of new regulations.  
• Ensures that all technical documents/dossiers and registration samples are kept in secured place 
• Coordinate with staff of relevant departments to carry out well assigned tasks.  

Required Skills and Abilities

• English skill: Enough to search and understand English professional documents and prepare English dossier as well as bilingual translation, English communication related to regulatory affairs.  
• Behavioral skills: Ownership & organization & critical thinking. 
• Computer Skill: MS office.

Minimum Education Required 

• Fresh Graduate students (be able to work full-time, or only 1-2 shifts off per week within 6 months from Apr to Oct 2024). 
• Major in Pharmaceutical.
