Internship Program 2024 - Production Intern - Pharma Division

The Programme

Abbott is hiring Production Intern with the general job scope as below. 
 
Project: Manufacturing process data standardization and process improvement 
 
Core Job Responsibilities: 

• Study and validate all process data of manufacturing department. 
• Perform deep analysis of each and every data to find the improvement opportunity. 
• Ad-hoc activities as needed.

• The capacity to learn and problem-solve while handling multiple priorities.  
• A conscientious approach to challenges and interactions.  
• Adept at communicating effectively to a variety of audiences.

• Strong communication and presentation skills 

Minimum Education Required 

• Fresh Graduate students (be able to work full-time, or only 1-2 shifts off per week within 6 months from Apr to Oct 2024). 
• Major in Pharmaceutical/ Chemical industry/ Industrial management.
