Internship Program 2024 - Event Intern - Pharma Division

What You Will Do

Abbott is hiring Event Intern with the general job scope as below. 
 
Working location: Melinh Point Tower, 02 Ngo Duc Ke, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh 
 
Core Job Responsibilities:

• Support team & coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute & facilitate events/projects activities (online & offline) to meet the objectives.  
• Follow and track activities results to achieve company’s KPIs.  
• Work with agencies to build contents, POSMs, marketing materials, activations relevant to marketing strategies.  
• Support the team in drafting, refining and checking copy, image selection and artwork, ready for final approval.  
• Assist daily administrative tasks assigned by mentor. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills. 
• Good command in English. 
• Good Analytical & Critical thinking. 
• Good time & task management, outstanding multitasking abilities. 
• Microsoft Office Suite fluency.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Minimum Education Required:

•  Fresh Graduate students (be able to work full-time, or only 1-2 shifts off per week within 6 months from Apr to Oct 2024).
