Internship Program 2024 - Ethical Operations Intern - Nutrition

The Programme

Abbott is hiring an Ethical Operations Intern with the general job scope as below. 
 
Summary:

• Report to: Ethical Operations Manager. 
• High frequency of interaction: Ethical Field Force, Finance & Accounting, etc. 
• Working location: Melinh Point Tower, 02 Ngo Duc Ke, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Manage implementation & do payment regard to product activities that was owned by Ethical department with the right way, right time. 
• Support for Ethical team to prepare travel plan & report it. 
• Support the sales team with contractual documentation queries & tracking. 
• Sale expense record: support to sale team do sale expense report and record. 
• Contribute to improving the business and enhancing the reputation of the company by putting forward new ideas and by implementing change when requested to do so. 
• At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills. 
• Good command in English. 
• Good Analytical & Critical thinking. 
• Good time & task management, outstanding multitasking abilities. 
• Microsoft Office Suite fluency.

• Leadership: Able to receive pressure positively, comply with all policies, teamwork and willing to learn for self –development. 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Minimum Education Required

•  Fresh Graduate students (be able to work full-time, or only 1-2 shifts off per week within 6 months from Apr to Oct 2024).
