Sale Support Intern - Administration

What You Will Do

As a Sale Support Intern for Robotics & Discrete Automation business, you will be responsible for supporting Sales Manager in documenting and administrative tasks and supportive duties assigned by team members.  
 
Reporting to the Department Manager, you will be assisting in the planning and coordination in organizing seminars exhibitions.  
This position is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

What You Will Do

• Setting up data for Common Quotation Platform (CQP), Customer management and order booking system and translating quotations templates. 
• Preparing training materials, setting up CQP training. 
• Helping the team with issues related to CQP system. 
• Keeping track of expenses for marketing activities. 
• Translating and writing PR articles, brochures for internal & external magazines and websites. 
• Checking and designing marketing materials. 
• Learning and applying ABB Branding and marketing communication tools & policies in daily activities. 
• Gathering market information from internal & external sources.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Students or fresh graduates holding University degrees in marketing/ economics/business administration or other related majors. 
• Accumulative GPA is minimum at 7.0/10 or 2.5/4.0. 
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills. 
• Pay high attention to details and honesty. 
• Passionate, fast learners with a can-do attitude. 
• Fluent in English and computer literacy.
