HCM - Business Assistant Intern - HR
What You Will Do
- Manage and execute office utilities.
- Follow and pay for office utilities and incurrence expense.
- Report, analyze and control monthly expenses.
- Support in planning and executing office fixing processes.
- Market research, look for and cooperate with service outsource agencies.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Students preferably studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. basic design apps (Photoshop, Canva).
- Basic English (Priority to reading comprehension skills).
- Good communication skills, eager to learn and responsible for the work.
- Be able to take at least a 3-month internship course.
